Both of my children had a excellent learning experience. The teachers were very patient and worked closely with them.

Avoid this place at all costs (unless for some reason you want to get worse at driving?)…read more During the classroom section, the instructor mainly "taught" by recounting stories about car crashes she saw on her facebook feed. There was absolutely no useful content, only the stereotypical shock videos plus whatever tangents the instructor felt like going on. Following are my experiences of the various road lesson instructors: Instructor #1: Taught incorrect and dangerous information (outdated steering wheel positioning and handling) Instructor #2: Was verbally abusive, berating students until they broke down crying (which he ignored) Instructor #3: Actually taught some useful driving skills, but shared highly sensitive personal information about his past students, and was xenophobic Instructor #5: Was nice enough, but not a very good teacher Instructor #6: Also berated students, artived late to lessons tl;dr: This place is great if you want to traumatize potential drivers, but I wouldn't recommend it for anything else. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The last time he failed reason was parallel parked wrong, and not aligned to the front car. It was not true. I was watching and the diagram drawn by the examiner is absolutely incorrect. I should have made a video and considered filing a report or hiring an attorney to sue the RMV and the school. SOMETHING IS VERY FISHY HERE. Anyhow I am looking into the option of escalating it with authorities. GET YOUR DRIVER'S EXAM SCHEDULE DIRECTLY WITH RMV. YOU WILL SAVE FRUSTRATION AND MONEY.

This was the worst experience. A disorganized mess and completely unprofessional. Ms. Eckles is…read morerude with no respect for time. Often she didn't show for classes or scheduled driving hours and then blames the student for her mistakes. Don't send your child here if you want them to learn to drive. On one occasion she actually forgot that my child had been in the car with her for 3 hours and then refused to schedule my child the following week stating there was a no show for a lesson. An absolutely horrible program run by unprofessional hacks. I am calling the state to find out the licensing requirements and finding any method possible to warn people of this con artist. Over books the class. Not enough instructors. No show for classes. No show for driving hours. Late Rude Snarky Updating this because I just spoke to another parent that had the same problem with both of his children. Want to make sure parents are aware of how horrible this program is.

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT USE THIS DRIVING SCHOOL! Mrs. Eckles is the only…read moreinstructor for classes and driving lessons. Her planning and communication are horrendous. Classes are not communicated until sometimes after 11pm the Sunday before, most of the time this weekly schedule is either wrong or she will change or cancel last minute. Our original class was set to start in January and was postponed until March. My daughter did not complete her classes and road lessons until the first week of June, this was with constant pressure from the parents. The state mandated parent meeting was scheduled TWICE and Mrs.Eckles was a NO SHOW both times. There was never a parent meeting, yet twice parents made time to join a scheduled Zoom for the instructor to not show. There is zero communication response. She does not return calls, texts or emails, yet blames the kids for being disorganized. There is also an issue of safety. At the completion of a road lesson, my 16 year old daughter was left in a parking lot in Nashua, ALONE, 20 min before the lesson was scheduled to end. She starts every class and lesson late and finishes early! My daughters road lessons consisted of driving around, my daughter had to start requesting specific skills to practice during lessons because otherwise she would just drive from Bedford to Nashua without working on any specific skills! I could continue.... RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS DRIVING SCHOOL!

We've been working together for months now, and the progress I've made is honestly amazing. I used to have huge anxiety when it came to driving, especially on highways. It felt like something I would never get over. But Marco was incredibly patient, kind, and full of smart, easy-to-understand tips that made everything click. He helped build my confidence one step at a time. The day I went to take my driving test, he actually came with me to the DMV and let me use his car for the test, something I really appreciated. And guess what? I passed! He's also bilingual and speaks Spanish, which is a big plus for anyone who's more comfortable learning that way. If you're looking for a driving instructor who genuinely cares and knows how to teach in a calm, clear, and encouraging way, look no further. I can't recommend him enough!
