This man did not teach them what they needed to know. And what he did teach, he taught incorrectly. We have spent thousands of dollars at this school for both kids and now I am trying to find a new school where they will get a driving instructor who will actually teach them what they need to know. Maybe we would have had a different experience if we got a different instructor, but for the amount of money you spend, it should not be left up to chance. I would not recommend this school, nor would I ever use it again. Your money will be better spent elsewhere.

Sent my teen age daughter to class here per the recommendation of her driving school. They offer 2 separate classes - defensive driving or close quarters maneuvering. You get a slight discount for taking both in the same day. Defensive Driving - she practiced braking from 65 mph. Turning at 35 mph. And drove an obstacle course quickly. They have cones up and you "loose points" for hitting cones. Close Quarters Maneuvering - she learned to parallel park, back into a parking spot and she got to drive an obstacle course in reverse. I'm told that I will get a discount on insurance once she gets her license since she took this class. The joy of driving school - your kid will listen to a stranger who tells them the importance of speed limits and stop signs. When their parents tell them, they just roll their eyes.

I had told them I was not OK on Monday, but they just didn't care. More terrible thing was I couldn't change the schedule, couldn't refund. If you said you were not prepared, they would schedule one more driving practice, and then disappeared at that day. Even you called to the driving school no one would answer. In other words, they only care about how to make you take test as soon as possible and then earn money from next victim, but not care about your personal schedule and whether you are prepared, because you have signed you can't refund. They never send emails and messages although you ask, so you have no evidence about their any words. So if you have plenty of free time to waste on clarifying which day is you road test day, or you want to taste the experience which argues with them why they just say "okay" but not follow their promise, so be it. Ron and his company are run by incompetence. I should have learned from my first son having…read morelessons during covid that his method of scheduling only by Texting him are obsurd I gave him the benefit of the doubt. The guy makes every excuse in the books basically he will give preference to those getting ready to take the test by back loading the lessons. My sons last Lesson was 3/18 now its 4/26 He has texted him every day since the last class to try to schedule his next lesson and still no response. I think my next action will be small claims court and reporting him to the Secretary of state as well as the better business bureau. Stay away from this business.

Trying to get into the correct class in time is a nightmare, I had two meetings with an advisor who NEVER even scheduled me in the classes we discussed. No one takes any accountability and good luck if your portal is glitching or not working. Im not the only one that feels this way, other students post about it and chat about it frequently. I went here in 2023 and it was a different experience, in the past they were helpful and much kinder.
