Near the checkout you can usually find the Spotted Cow beer by New Glarus which is only available in Wisconsin. Conveniently, it's warm so you don't have to worry about keeping it cold during your drive. The bathrooms are always clean and I don't have that skeevy feeling you get using some public restrooms.
