Unprofessional! My wife was referred here for a boot after breaking a bone in her ankle. She…read moretrusted that since they are medical equipment specialists that they would fit her for the correct boot. Wrong!!! They sold her a boot made for a child! The next day she went to an orthopedic surgeon who said it was ridiculous that they fit her with a child's boot. He fit her for the proper boot which also happened to be less than half the price of the Sun Ray one. We tried to return the boot that she had for less than 24 hours and they refused to give her a refund. The owner was very unpleasant and unprofessional and refused to accept any responsibility for fitting and selling her a childs boot. Do not trust that these " medical equipment" experts know or care what they are doing.

When I was finished I left my card right outside the door and took my bags to my car. At that point I noticed my phone was missing and went back to the cart, which had already been snapped up by another customer. I went to customer service and asked them to make an announcement and in a very nasty tone the two woman said they couldn't do that. (WHY THE F NOT?) They told me to wait because someone would definitely turn it in. Remember the ice cream? I waited as long as I could, then left my number to call me if they got it. I drove the 7 miles home and received a call immediately that the phone had been turned in. So I drove the 7 miles back. I agree with Bruce P. that their customer service is like being in hell. They could have just made the announcement for me and saved my time and gas. (BTW the CS woman said making an announcement wouldn't have helped because it was found in a cart in the parking lot. My cart was left at the door and had the announcement been made when I asked, it would still have been in the store.)
