This is the closest little grocery store to Leroy Percy State park. It's not the greatest grocery store but it's gets the job done if you forgot to pack some stuff on your adventure in the river delta. If you want a bigger grocery store, head out to Turner's marketplace in Indianola. It's a nice little drive about 28 miles. It's right downtown. A-OK read more

My brother and I always joked that they had chicken wings at a gas station. "How good could they be?" We'd always laugh. But then one time we were down south with husband and he commented on the fact that they sell fried chicken wings at a gas station. After passing it up several times driving back and forth between Leland and Greenville, my husband decided we had to stop and try it. Good thing we did! Best darned spicy fried chicken wings I've had, anywhere! Crispy, flavorful and spicy! Delicious combo! Too bad they don't have these out in California!

The staff here is very friendly and the patrons as well. The south just always hits different than up north. The living is slower which makes for more peaceful living. We get our FAVORITE sausages from here "Mississippi Sausage" which is literally bursting with flavor. They have a great variety of snacks, the fruit wasn't as fresh as I expected it to be but that also could be bc of the time of year we went. Excited to come back and visit when I'm in town again!
