I called, a guy answered and stated that they close the doors 5 minutes before the actual closing time. I have also walked through those doors almost hitting 12 before and never had an issue. Like really it's midnight it takes a customer 1-2 minutes to get what they need and check out. I have worked retail and we never would close not a minute sooner than closing time. I live near by, but I'm highly upset by getting there a minute after they close the doors to not be attended. They usually lick one side of the store and leave the other side open. Mind you there was a gentleman fueling his car, he could of paid cash, credit whatever it maybe but they still need to close down the pumps once he's done pumping. While I was leaving another gentleman approached the door and was quite upset as well because it was not 12 yet. I don't know why, but the fries are absolutely fantastic, I get them every time I go in. Also, being part of their SmartPay program is really convenient and you tend to get a lot of freebies. My only complaint is that they're always busy and don't seem to have enough staff to accommodate it. The parking lot and pumps are often crammed full, and because it's a prime stop for the local truckers, there's always several garbage trucks and/or semis clogging the parking lot and road out front. During lunch hour, the store chock full of customers, yet they never seem to have more than one cashier available. If we're lucky, sometimes two. All in all, a good place to get lunch or coffee, but expect crowds and a line at the register.

The shady man doing…read morethe sticker told me that I needed to replace one of my directionally signals and that he could do change the light for $15. A few minutes later he told me he was too busy to do it since he had a line of cars waiting for stickers so I got a safety rejection. Understandable. I went to replace the bulb later on only to discover the entire socket was missing. It's not a piece that just falls out on its own and I'm assuming if I needed the socket replaced he'd have told me that instead of saying it was just the bulb. I ended up having to buy a replacement bulb on Amazon and then went back first thing Monday morning to replace it. Before they even assessed the situation, the same mechanic told me it wouldn't be an easy or cheap job. He tried to tell me that the wiring was burnt out and they needed to check the entire wiring before they could replace the light. I adamantly told him that was BS and made them take a look at my car. The actual mechanic confirmed that I had the correct parts and told me "whoever tried to change your light took out the socket, it's not something that just falls out." When I told him that the light worked the week before and they were the only people to look at it, they were silent. After about 15 minutes of tinkering under my hood they told me I had the wrong part for my car which was a total lie. My dad ended up putting in the light and I passed inspection elsewhere without any issues. These guys are crooks and shady businessmen.

The cost of this NIGHTMARE was $1,250.00 plus a TOW (over 3 miles), a RENTAL for 4 days for repairs and replacement of a battery. And, by the way, this said "mechanic" was the OWNER!!! I'm so disappointed and frustrated over the cost!

This time however was different. I waited over half an hour and the guy pulls me into the garage to show me that my vehicle is not found. I thought this was weird because I just renewed my registration in January so I tried calling to RMV and the wait time was well over an hour. Instead I went to the RMV website and looked up my registration status. Sure enough it was active and all my info was correct. I called Bliss to let them know that my car is registered and there must have been something wrong on their end. He tells me that he will try it one more time but will not waste his time on my vehicle all day because I'm the one with the problem not them. So I told him if I am wasting his time then I would like my money back and I can try somewhere else. Then he proceeded to tell me that he was doing me a favor by allowing me to go back for free after this problem was sorted out (which is not the case because I paid for an inspections ticker and have yet to receive one) and that he's gonna be real nice to me by allowing me to get my money back and go elsewhere because my vehicle was wasting his time. Staff is incredibly rude and take forever only to do a mediocre job or not complete the job at all. Do not go here if you can avoid it. Never going back to Bliss Express.
