Installation was done perfectly - 2 young guys came, set up in 30-40 minutes in the best place possible in the yard. Set up the tables and left the chairs on top as we planned to move the tables around. Linens were fine, but instead of red as ordered, they gave us white - but they returned the next day and left the red ones for use. Tent was perfect, and they came a few days after the event and took down the tent and chairs with no problem.

As Steves notes on their website, their rental equipment is far newer than all other nearby rental locations. Having experienced starting issues with equipment rented elsewhere, Steves equipment is far superior. Likewise, their customer service from Steve and Stephen is second to none. Their equipment is not only new but well Maintained and they offer delivery service if you need larger equipment and don't have a larger truck to move it. Second great point - delivery to our driveway by Tate was efficient and professional. Third great point - when we had problems Tate got back to our location within 45 minutes and spent all necessary time to correct problems and make sure we were all set to go. Cost me hundreds of dollars and they basically said tough sh*t. They advertise " top of line equipment", it's all junk and problems they don't fix. They constantly charge extra charges. They don't ask for your insurance, they want you to pay there "damage waiver" and then pay out of pocket for everything else they say you broke. They don't ask for your hoisters license as required by law. Greedy crooked company. I wouldn't recommend to anybody. Most of the time you can hire a profession to do the job for less then it ends up for you to rent from them.

I Bought a Prestige lawn mower New at in the five years I have had it. It has been in the shop at…read moreleast 7 times The first year I made it thru the mowing season. the second year it spent 4 months at Pinnacaleview were I bought it. I got to use it for a month and a half. The third year the second time mowing with it the axle break. I did not get it back that summer It spent the summer at Sirums another simplicity dealer. When I went to use it the next spring there was a puddle of transmission fluid on the floor under it. It went back to Sirums for most of the summer when it came back it was still leaking. It went back to Sirums 4 time to fix the leak that it never had before they replaced the axle. Got it back last September used it twice and it started leaking again called Pinnacleview Equipment in October so I could have it for next spring and they finally get it in January after three months they call me and tell me it needs a transmission that a fitting is stripped out and they return it to me. I take it to a guy down the road and he takes a look at it and shows me were they had stripped the fitting going into the transmission from over tighting it rather then replacing the two O ring on the fitting that were torn. So for most the last four of the five years I owned this lawn mower I have been mowing my lawn with a 20 year old John Deere that has over 6, 000 hour on it that has never had anything done to it other than belts oil changes tune ups and blades. I have over $9, 000 tied up in this Simplicty that I bought to replace the John Deere that was getting old I have a total of less than 200 hrs on the Simplicity and it needs a Transmission at a cost of $1, 500 because one of the two Simplicty dealers messed it up. When I got it back this time the instrument panel is full of water must be they left it outside uncovered in the snow and rain. Lawnmowers are not meant to be left in the rain or snow. I would never Buy a Simplicty again or have either of these Simplicity Dealers touch anything that I own. It stinks when you spend $8, 000 for a Lawn mower to mow your lawn that you can't use it because it is in the shop. Do not recommend this brand or Dealers
