My husband made it to the off ramp where I called Kunkle and spoke with Mark again in almost tears and he was so understanding and helpful. Mark sent out an Angel. James came with three tires and changed them all right there on the side of the road within 30 to 40 minutes. He was so pleasant. James and Mark made the situation so much easier to handle. She said she was swamped over the phone and requested that I give her a callback around 10AM, she called me back - so that was unexpected and honestly awesome! She confirmed she had 1 in stock, that she could order a set if I'd like and asked me what I'd like to do, refreshing to not have some Underwriters recommend Air Filters, or trying to upcharge for Nitrogen in my tires, or anything of the sort, straight to the point. I thought I had said 12-1PM for the window that I'd be arriving in, showed up at 12:00 on the dot, she was surprised to see me early, I figured I'd have to wait for 1PM while they got lunch - NOPE - she got one of their techs on it quick because "It's a quick one tire job" - I was there for maybe 15 minutes or so? Expedient Service, super friendly from the jump, it's got a nice shady spot to hang out outside and enjoy the surprisingly calm tire shop vibes. I felt at home and the staff was super friendly as well. They put the new tire on, everything is perfect, they even checked the air in the rest of my tires, chef's kiss! Firestone ain't got nothing on these guys.
