I installed new custom wheel alignment links (toe and camber) and had specific settings that they needed to be set to. They performed the alignment and I sent the results to the link manufacturer and they were not quite right. Brought the car there and only one person at the shop...assuming the manager. I explained I had an appt made online for 8am balance/alignment. The guy tells me he will not have any worker in til 9am and prob won't get to my car until 10am. When I explained I had an 8am appointment he told me that "they should've told me I'd have to wait." I responded "They? You mean the Mavis website that had 8am as an open slot?" He again said no workers come in until 9am (despite their store signage and website state open hour as 8am. Dude couldn't be bothered. Mavis evidently doesn't train employees for customer service. I left and took car to a local tire shop and zero issues.
