Attention!!!!! Please don't take your vehicle to Firestone in Greenwood SC they are incompetent of of doing mechanical work I was charge $1375 for a battery, diagnostic test, brake cylinder, brake booster, my car broke down 5 mins after picking it up, had to take it right back within 5 mins of picking it up, received a call on Sunday stating per the manager that they were incompetent of completing service and was refunded half of my money back to my card that I haven't seen yet, pick it up again this morning and it wouldn't crack but the guy said I needed a battery per the diagnostics test that I was charged for. my car is in worse shape than it ever been, they have messed it up completely!!! Never would I remember to my worst enemy, this is so sad I have no words. read more

To start off when I walked in the lobby is so dirty. There were food wrappers on the floor , chunks of dirt everywhere. Looks like they haven't cleaned the lobby since they opened . The service for a basic oil change and tire rotation took over 2 hrs with an appointment. The. Had to bring back the next day to have them reset my tire censors. All around very poor. read more

I brought my truck in for an alignment. But it didn't steer right afterwards. The guys stayed after hours on a Sunday to locate the issue. We'll have the worn part replaced and they'll re-do alignment in a few days at no extra charge. I think that's fantastic service! read more

I I made an appointment to have an ignition coil replaced was told it would take a half an hour. I reported at the time I was supposed to be there for my appointment. Was there two hours later? After getting home, I noticed on the left side of my engine the coil manifold cover was missing. I returned to the store and brought it to the attention. I was told that the worker who worked on my car through it away the next day I called the manager surprisingly. He told me he retrieved the item out of the garbage. My question is, how do you repair someone's car and do not replace all the parts that were their originally I would never go there again for any type of work on my vehicle read more

On Saturday, 8/10 I got a flat tire and was able to make it to Firestone, Greenwood service station. Wyatt was at the front desk and lacked anything considerable for customer service. He did notify me that there was only one tire available that would fit my car and that there was only one in stock. I made the decision to replace the flat tire and prepaid for 3 additional tires to complete the set on my Audi A7. Leaving the station, I noticed the low tire warning indicator was not reset and the there was no cap on the new tire replaced. To my knowledge all tires had caps on when taken there. I received notice the tires were in on 8/12/24 and scheduled an appt for 2pm. I arrived at 1:45pm and on first interaction with Dave, I answered a call on my cell. After 3 seconds on the call, I apologized to Dave explaining my husband was in surgery and I had to take the call. No return comments or understanding were received from Dave. I asked if he could please have the tech reset the tire warning indicator system in the car once all tires had been set. He simply said "Okay" and walked away. I waited with no new information regarding delays of my appointment until 2:30pm before my car was taken back. No big deal but communication is key. Once the service was complete, I met Dave at the counter to check out. He made no eye contact with me and stated, "I'll be right back" and walked away. I have no idea what he had to do but waited at the counter. He then scanned a piece of paper and told me I needed to sign on the card reader. As I read the card reader message, it said I was signing to the cost of the service so I told him I had already paid. At this time he made eye contact with me and said, "I know that, that's why I said just sign". Well pardon me for actually reading what I was signing my name to and it not being clear communication of his knowledge of the prepayment. I told him not to be rude to me and he said he wasn't. Yet, I the customer felt he was being quite pretentious and explained I wouldn't have any way of knowing since he didn't mention it. I clearly am now upset so I just asked if he needed anything else. He hesitated and then said no so I walked out. As I got in my car, the system indicator had not been reset so I called and expressed dissatisfaction and said I would just do it myself. Once returning to the hospital where my husband is currently in surgery, I checked the pressure in all of the tires so I could reset the system. The front passenger tire has no cap, the psi reads 40.2. The front driver side reads 47.7. The read driver 44.5 and the rear passenger 44.2. I have no idea what the psi should read and if these inconsistencies are normal. This is why I paid for this service at a reputable tire company. I now have to wait for my husband to get out of surgery and return to a normal state of awareness to ask if this is something to be concerned about. He was adamant I have all tires replaced instead of just the flat, so my car would ride smoothly and wear evenly. I was never offered any information about the tires placed on my car including any warranty or rebate information if applicable. I simply have a generic receipt showing I paid the $1053 necessary for the disservice I received. I can only say, I surely hope the tires provide better service than the humans hired to be the face of your company. read more

made an appointment online for 2:00. called and verified at 1:00. Arrived at 1:45. waited until 2:30 and my truck was still where I left it. These people don't care about but sales. I've spent thousands of dollars with Firestone over the years and generally get good service but the Greenwood shop is an exception. They don't care whatsoever. read more

I am very appreciate of The employees of Firestone complete auto care. My daughter is in college up at Lander and her car broke down. They got it in they got it looked at they got a diagnosis and fixed it. They kept in contact with me and I'm not even in the same area and the receptionist which is so very nice so helpful and so very sweet. I recently took my car up there to have brake pads and rotors installed. After dodging all the preinstallation up-sale foreplay chat about obvious non critical issues, they gave me a price and said they would call when it was ready. Service was decent besides the corporate bs employees have no control over. Long story short... the next day I picked it up and my brand new brakes were whistling. I thought they just needed to be used/broken in since they were new, it's a couple weeks later and still making the sound but worse. Now my VSC ABS light is on and my 2000 gs 300 is not running right. When I mash the gas petal it barely gets to 30mph and shuts off randomly. The car ran perfect before. I plan on taking it by there tomorrow to see about getting it fixed. I will add more stars if they fix this issue. read more

I brought in my car to have its tires replaced , the most basic mindless job possible, first thing you learn in mechanic school can't mess it up. Upon driving away I get about 10 minutes down the road before I realize the tires they put on my car are about to fly off. I drive back to Firestone and have them fix it and send me on my way. Luckily I noticed this before I started on my trip to Arkansas, had I not I would have most likely ended up dead on the side of the road. I would not recommend bringing your car here for even something as simple As tires. read more

My boyfriend and i came in close to closing time and i get what a hassle that can be being that I work in food and beverage but no matter how close to closing I always have a smile on my face and I am willing do my job. These guys on the other had a horrible attitude to begin with...didnt even make eye contact. Forget a smile and a hello..I am going out of town and have a leak in my tire ad a light out after explaining this to them it wasnt until my boyfriend offered to tip them extra they did not want to do any work.. some service.The bulb was was changed for a very high price i might add .
