To make matters worse it was straddling a culvert and would either have tipped over or gotten stuck in the culvert if the driver tried to move it. The truck was tipped to the side with the back wheels off the pavement. It was an impossible situation and it was getting dark. The moving company called Hampton with Price's Wrecking Service and with the assistance of another wrecking truck they were able to pull it back onto the pavement and into the drive so it could be unloaded. In the rain no less. Not only did they do an amazing job - they were terrific guys! All of them very friendly and easy to work with. We are ever so grateful because it really looked like the truck was going to tip and we would have possibly lost all of our things.

We limped on the shoulder to the exit only to find out there was nothing there. We had to pull over and seek help. As we are coming up the off ramp we see another truck on same shoulder with a flat tire and a tow truck turning down the same ramp. He was there to tow that truck. I approached tow driver and asked if he had a 4 way we could use that we had a tire blow. he did and loaned it to us as he loaded the truck he was there for. Then we realized we didn't have a jack. So I asked the gentleman if he had one. He did not. But when he finished loading that truck, he drove up to us and began assisting in our tire change using his tow truck lift. He was on his hands and knees doing the strenuous work that we could not. What a life safer. He had us back on the road safely very soon. What are the odds? I believe God sends people when and where they are needed for whatever reason at the time they are needed. We were 14 miles from anything, in the middle of nowhere basically and he just happened by actual feet from where we were broke down. He could have said "sorry can't help you, I'm busy" but he didn't. Such a kind and caring soul. This is the kind of company and person that you want to do business with!!! Thank you. I have logged all attempts to contact this location and all correspondence. I was visiting another dealership across the street from this business when a Kia sales agent proceeds to yell for me to come to Quality Kia instead. After bad mouthing the dealership I was currently visiting he persuaded me to check them out after letting me get all hype up and reassuring they could get me in a new Kia Forte GTline I was denied based on discrimination against minority consumers. It wasn't a shock because I have been dealing with discrimination all day at other local dealers just thought better of Kia the lenders definitely discriminated against me based on the fact I was a minority.
