I installed new custom wheel alignment links (toe and camber) and had specific settings that they needed to be set to. They performed the alignment and I sent the results to the link manufacturer and they were not quite right. So I called and explained this, and they agreed to do a re-alignment to the correct specs at no charge. They stand behind their work! There is a nice clean waiting room, free wifi and coffee! The service desk staff is friendly and helpful, I worked with Frankie, who is awesome, and they text you information about your car! The price was very fair too. Great job guys!

On February 27, 2026 while visiting my cousin after the the loss of my Aunt a few weeks ago. I was in an accident just before their location. My car had the most damage on the right front passenger door and right front wheel & tire. Being from out of state and having a 10+ hour drive home I needed my car looked at to give me assurance it was safe to drive 10+ hours from Greenwood SC to I-95 to Delaware. They did the computer diagnosis and a test drive. They assured me I would be fine. They explained to me why I would be ok. I asked questions; I learned from my father since he was a mechanic. They answered all of them. They explained to me what the car would be doing if there was a serious mechanical problem. Their answers were exactly what I had learned from my father. I have returned home safe and sound. They were very kind and friendly. MOST important the invoice was much more than fair. In Delaware I would have been charged 3 to 4 times more. In Delaware I would have been told there was no time to look at it. Come back. They went beyond what I expected. Thanks again Performance Plus Automotive!!!!!!!!
