We shut it off at the breaker. As we were new to the area, and not knowing any septic service companies, we called Deuces Wild. Kirby happened to be in the area and came out to our house within two hours. He lifted a metal box off of our septic pump electric housing. Lo and behold, whoever mowed the grass before we bought the house, they ran into the metal box, which in turn yanked out the plug that plugs into the septic pump electrical housing. He fixed the plug, plugged it back in, flipped on the switch at the breaker. Silence. He fixed it. I had my checkbook ready. I didn't know if I should hug him or write him a check. Neither. He said, "No charge. Just remember us when you need your septic pumped." That was a deal we won't pass up. So I am sorry for the delay in this post, but every word is 100% true and accurate. Advanced Cleaning and Restoration caused damage to my BRAND NEW, CUSTOM-BUILT cabinets (because…read moreapparently they do not know how to read a tape measure or operate a saw), they caused damage to my existing cabinets when installing the shelf over the fridge, the sink leaks because it was not sealed properly after reinstallation, there are multiple areas where the subfloor is exposed (because, again, they apparently do not know how to read a tape measure), they chipped my counter tops when removing the old cabinets, they failed to sheetrock, tape, texture, and paint the closet, nothing is level, our pipes froze after the first storm because they failed to insulate it properly, one of the brand new cabinets does not sit flush/level, and they tried to hide it with a damaged piece of poorly stained trim, they split the new, custom-stained trim around the windows and TRIED TO HIDE IT with wood putty, they roughly patched a hole in the brand new flooring by cutting out a piece that was similarly shaped, then gooping on adhesive, they failed to cut the new, laminate flooring properly and left it hanging over the vent so the register (which was left extremely dirty--much like the rest of the kitchen and dining rooms) would not sit flush, and the list goes on (and on, and on, and on . . .). -10/10, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! (Oh, and I didn't even mention that they left the windows open not once, but TWICE while it was raining and got the brand new sheetrock wet and warped the wood trim--when they were here to REPAIR WATER DAMAGE, NOT CAUSE MORE. The communication was EXTREMELY lacking, and they were very unprofessional throughout the entire process. I will absolutely be contacting my insurance company.)
