The prices are more than fair and the adventure of the drive and u-cut in nature is superb. My advise is to be very confident in which section you get your tree from, as some varieties are contained within the same area. It's a big price difference if you are on a budget for the doug fir. We handed the older female employee a $20 and a $10... she was holding on to the money as if she didn't have change. As I was waiting for my change she asked if we wanted candy canes instead (!?!?) we both said "no" awkwardly. Moments later, we found and handed her a $5... she took it and did not hand over the original $10, I said "oh we're just giving you exact change now" .. she then asked two more times if we wanted a candy cane.... We both said "no" and she said "okay" and walked off with our money...!?! I don't know about the average person, but this was awkward and not worth arguing with a potentially unstable person over $10. Very strange interaction that I would avoid. Wouldn't recommend.

I was blown away by the beautiful trees which were priced so reasonably! And since you actually cut it down yourself you get a good look at it and It is VERY fresh! Should last through Christmas, even getting it so early in the season, with adequate watering. I didn't go into the shop as my son did that, but he said they were very nice and it didn't take him long to do the transaction. He did not, however, get one for himself because he wanted a larger tree than could be found on this acreage. Mine was perfect for me at about 6 feet tall. There were not a lot much taller than that. But my tree looks amazing, I am so pleased!
