I told them no, I had a stipend for a set amount of money for 3 months. Then they told me that since I declined the 4 month and extra 1500 dollars I would have to pay, I would instead have to pay an extra 600 dollars for my lease THAT I ALREADY SIGNED. They don't have skilled labor and the last repair I had was horrible and the guy didn't have any idea how to fix it properly! For what you pay...ALOT... live somewhere else.
