Dogs barking and fighting in the dog park at all hours of the night even though it is supposed to be closed at dusk. Not enough parking for paying tenants. Rent that was raised outrageously high. Trash constantly in the parking lot and common areas. No matter how much they try.. it's still downtown Elkhart and still a shithole.

The office manager was very determined to help us and even stayed later to accommodate our schedule during the process . I told them no, I had a stipend for a set amount of money for 3 months. Then they told me that since I declined the 4 month and extra 1500 dollars I would have to pay, I would instead have to pay an extra 600 dollars for my lease THAT I ALREADY SIGNED. Now I'm stuck searching for somewhere to live 3 weeks out from moving. Absolutely awful!

They don't have skilled labor and the last repair I had was horrible and the guy didn't have any idea how to fix it properly! For what you pay...ALOT... live somewhere else. Bradley Corp has gotten too big for their britches it seems and have forgotten how to take care of their high paying residents.
