We offered short ribs, chicken, mashed potatoes and a few kinds of salads (with appetizers during happy hour) and it was absolutely delicious. They gave the bridesmaids and the groomsmen nice spaces to get ready, nice and early. We were well taken care of and whatever we needed was right there. It really took a load off to have so many things handled under one roof. We had to arrange flowers, photographer, the cake, and the DJ. We had about 150 guests and they fit into the hall with enough space to dance, give speeches, etc. We received a lot of compliments and had a wonderful time on our special day.

I spent my childhood summer days out at the pool. I have been out here for celebration dinners, and celebrations of life ceremonies. And before I was born, my aunt had her wedding reception out here. You can see that the YFC holds a dear spot in my heart - my grandpa was even the president of the club at one point. The YFC is a great spot for any occasion - the clubhouse is a great spot for a casual lunch - the sandwiches are all solid options and the specials are always great. Enrique who runs the clubhouse is the most inviting gentleman. The course itself is still very solid. It's always busy out there but still well maintained. There is plenty of parking, and it's beautiful out on the country. Come in for a round of golf, or to enjoy a lovely lunch or a bowl of popcorn by the pool.

The planning and wedding were perfect. No hyperbole. It was truly perfect! I've never been involved with a wedding that went like this one...and I've never been to a wedding (or any other banquet or big event) that had food as good as the food the club served at her wedding. It was like dining at a fine restaurant. Every guest with whom I talked mentioned how good the food was and how nice the facility was. The venue (outside for the ceremony and inside for the reception) was beautiful and the service was first rate. (Even the weather cooperated.) Weddings start with planning and this one was no exception. My daughter started in April for a September wedding - which is a very short time for weddings these days. From the first inquiry about the club to the wedding itself, the experience was really amazing! The club's events team, headed by Veronica Lopez, and the executive chef, Chris Headding, are the best! They did a fabulous job making this the perfect wedding. Veronica is special. I could see that from our first conversation. She knew how to handle my stressed daughter perfectly. It was obvious that she genuinely wanted my daughter to have exactly the wedding that she wanted and more. Veronica made great suggestions. She also gave my daughter a list of local people who provided some of the services that the Yolo Fliers Club doesn't provide such as the photographer, DJ, and florist. That proved to be very valuable and kept the costs down considerably. My daughter picked people on the list and we couldn't be happier. Their services were better and less expensive than those my daughter found on Google, Yelp, and wedding sites. The club was decorated beautifully and everything down to the smallest detail was planned and done exceptionally well. I can highly, highly recommend the Yolo Fliers Club for your wedding.

I was on the planning committee, and was happy we choose this venue. During set up, their staff was there to assist us with tables, table clothes, big displays, podiums, colored napkins to match our school colors and much more, all with good cheer and willingness. We offered attendees a choice of 5 different entrees, and each table was served all at the same time, and first table to last was under 5 minutes. Considering we were a big group (there were 107 of us) they serviced us well. They let us use their bar as a 'no host' bar, and the drinks were good and fairly priced. The food quality really was excellent. It was every bit as good as going to a fine restaurant and ordering off the menu. No one complained about anything, from the filet mignon to the squash ravioli. All of us were quite pleased. They even accommodated a few gluten-free meals and the like. The setting is also quite beautiful. They let us use their big patio right off the dining room for a memorial table and to hang out, and everybody commented on how nice the golf course looked. Would have been very upset if I would have shown up with my family to have Mothers Day and turned away, especially coming form Southern CA. Maybe they should advise people who are representing this event, make it clear as to who is invited. The person I spoke to certainly did not. Maybe dodged a bullet though, person I spoke to initially said there was construction or something to that effect going on and it wasnt going to be in the regular clubhouse location.

We just recently became members and we love it!…read more It's absolutely beautiful out here. The staff are friendly and they make sure that you're taken cared of. Top notch service. The food, as you can see, is delicious. My favorite is their homemade chips and salsa lol. I just started using their gym. It's small but I like that. They offer yoga classes and Zumba. I'm learning how to play golf right now, but I'm also interested in learning how to play tennis . It's one of my favorite places to hang out now.

There are too many amenities to list, but Woodbridge Golf and Country Club offers excellent service, great views of wildlife (wild turkeys, deer, geese, etc.), and well maintained facilities. The club began in 1924!! There are events for children and adults of all ages. If your game is not up to par, there are teaching pros to help with the golf game or tennis game.

I promise you! They have a lovely outdoor garden area that's designated for your ceremonial vows, and an indoor banquet hall that lights up with class and elegance once it's fully decorated. I haven't even gotten to the food yet. Whoever GBGC hired as their lead Chef is doing a phenomenal job. I applaud you Mr. Chef of GBGC. As a foodie and a native to Los Angeles, the food in Sacramento is truly lackluster to say the least. I know... I know, what about The Kitchen and Mulvaney's, and Morton's and Ruth's Chris, and blah blah blah. Yes, those are about as good as it gets and I still have all fingers fisted in one of my hands. They serve their food buffet style, so all of your guests will attend your event and go home satisfied. That's my word! If we can only spread the food quality at GBGC to the rest of the Sacramento Valley! We didn't know exactly what we wanted or how to accomplish it, but our planner, Kelle Collier guided us through the entire process with a multitude of great ideas to make it special. Kelle was unable to be at the party, but she had a plan in place that the party leader, Ethan and his staff executed perfectly. All were friendly, extremely professional, and available to take care of anything we asked for. We had many comments from guests about the great food, stellar service, and workers who seemed to genuinely enjoy being there. Since there was not an event prior to ours, they let me come the day before and set up my pictures and the decorations I was providing, which relieved a lot of stress for me. Ethan met my sister and me in the parking lot and carried everything inside for us. The staff made us feel very special and ensured that this was a truly memorable event for us.
