There are so many options for food, from casual bites and delicious restaurants to sweet treats and refreshing drinks. Whether you're meeting friends, enjoying a family outing, or simply looking for a fun place to spend the day, there's something for everyone. One of the biggest advantages is the easy and convenient parking, which makes the whole experience much more enjoyable. I also love that it's dog-friendly, so you can bring your furry friends along and enjoy the beautiful outdoor atmosphere together! The center has a lively vibe, plenty of shopping options, and lots of great places to eat, making it an excellent spot for a weekend outing or an evening stroll. During Christmas, staff were passing out beanies and some Christmas goodies but again mainly for the children. There were candies cane, Santa, and some small drinks. For Lunar New Year - the children receive red horses in 2026 Year of the Red Horse that won't come again for another 60 years! Adults and Children got red envelopes $2!!:)) Happy Lemon was passing out drink but OMG the line was long so we skipped. The line is LONG but first come first serve basic. Free stuff run out fast so come 30 minutes early. There are foods, coffee, ice cream in the plaza but again it is CROWDED during event times! Parking - if you arrive early, there's parking in the Regal parking lot. If you arrive late, it best to Park across the street where 24 Hours Fitness is located.

It was over 100 degrees today and we wanted to walk our little corgi around the mall because it was too hot to be walking our dog outside. Walking outside in that weather or even anything over 80 degrees is dangerous to dogs, they can have heat strokes or severe burns on their paws. We never had problems walking our pup at indoor malls. On many occasions coming here to do errands I would see others bring their pups, so today I brought mine with my fiancé to go shopping and spend family time together. Our dog is small and well behaved, he doesn't bark and if he does it's usually because he's super excited. Sales associates and kids we passed by loved him and petted him. He was being a good boy. However, we were told to leave the property by atleast 4 security guards, all within 5 minutes! So ridiculous. Even as we were leaving we kept getting stopped by one asking us to leave. I don't understand the harshness of these guards, do they not know it's literally scorching outside? I get dogs are not allowed here but I've seen many times people bring their dogs. Why target us? I'm not sure what the problem is with these security guards. There are other things to be worrying about. Real unprofessional for a "upscale" mall,

Convenient to those who live on or right off campus such as employees with residence. Unless you live in the vicinity, it's best to dine out and shop elsewhere. Not somewhere a non UCI affiliate has much business with such as myself.
