I get a call when they arrived which was nice since I wasn't there. I sent an assistant over to check over the work later that day, and she said they did a stellar job. Sweet! This review has been written now because we've had BICM do roughly 20 different turnovers and we've had yet to encounter an issue. So I think it was earned, and I wholly recommend!

Had B.E Construction come out to add onto out patio. They came out and did the estimate and then…read moreghosted us. We would call to get an update on scheduling but get nothing back. Finally they got back on it and we moved forward since Brandon is a friend of a friend. We have 2 gates leading to our backyard and they were told which one to use as the other gate needs to be leveled and doesn't open. They asked if they could trim the bottom of the gate and we said no. They did it anyway. They didn't level the concrete they laid with the existing patio and there was about a 3/4" drop off. When they cleaned their mixer, they just dumped it out in the street and left it. Brandon's dad, who did the work wouldn't return calls so I got in contact with Brandon. I told him of the issues and he said he will get it resolved. They put a patch of concrete to level out the patio with the existing but now we have 3 different colors of concrete as you can tell it's a patch. To solve the gate they cut, their solution was to screw a pine board to the bottom of the gate on the inside. This is an 8ft cedar fence, not cheap pine. I contacted Brandon again He said they will replace the pickets... that was over a month ago and we've heard nothing. At this point I'll just call it a loss. I would highly recommend avoiding this company at all cost.
