Have been here a few times and the staff are fantastic and the quality of hair cuts and treatments is fantastic. The only thing that is wrong here is the attitude of the manageress. She has on a few occasions been quite rude and looks at you like there is a bad smell under her nose. Some eye contact and acknowledgement when paying at the till wouldn't go amiss. I have now been cancelled twice for treatments at Stone once an hour and a half before my treatment and another time the day before. I was not offered an alternative and it was really frustrating as I had arranged for baby sitters. I wont be booking here again read more
