It was a lot of tree, but the only real casualty was my gutters - knocked off both corners of the roof - and my big cedar hedge, which had a 4' wide furrow plowed through it. The insurance company sent out Dulay Roofing to repair the gutters, and they did a beautiful job. They were unable to match the profile of my 30 year old original gutters or old-school round downpipes, so it meant new gutters and downpipes all around. They went to extra effort to find material that colour-matched both, as I'd had the original gutters painted green and the downpipes painted tan. Very happy with the end result. Too bad they don't fix hedges!

The owner was here today and directly in my face refused to see all the pictures of the major violations over the last 1.5 years and said he doesn't care at all. I have now reported them to the city, come to find out they don't have a business license in Burnaby which doesn't surprise me by the way they operate.
