The whole project went smoothly and we love how it turned out! I worked closely with Faro on selecting our countertop material, and decided how to handle to renovation, and he was there to answer any and all questions that I had. They handled everything from tear down of the two tier peninsula to the countertop installation. They made it super easy to limit contact during the pandemic and handled as much of the planning as they could remotely. Everything was taken care of within a matter of weeks and it would have been even faster if not for me having to unexpectedly postpone the installation. I can honestly say that this was the most reliable and customer oriented business that I've ever worked with. We love our new counters and if we have any future upgrades to make, we will definitely be working with them again. It was clear from the start that they care about their clients, and that made all the difference.

I wanted a farmhouse sink to be part of our new counters project, so Faro took extra time and energy figuring out a size/depth sink that would work with our cabinet set up (who knew farmhouse sinks were such a complicated trend?!) Faro then took the time to talk me through picking out our stone choice- answering my questions, large and small without hesitation. He was attentive, quick to reply and knowledgeable. Come installation day, they were prompt and professional and worked quickly! I was surprised it only took a few hours. I find it difficult to believe the seal was put on initially since the stains appeared on day 1. I was essentially told it was my responsibility to care for the granite, clean spots, seal regularly, etc. Agree with Matt O. But...I will locate someone who is willing to at least look at the counter and verify it does, in fact, have a seal as well as provide guidance on upkeep. Have lived with granite countertops in the past and have never had this kind of problem. Would not recommend.

Tiger C Construction and Waterproofing company, a friendly father-son business with additional…read moreemployees, was absolutely fantastic for us. After a water main leak, our drain tile failed and our finished basement was ruined. Our house was sitting on inches of water under the foundation slab, which had no way to drain because of our dense clay dirt. On the outside, Tiger C excavated all the way down to the slab, put in a new drain tile, water-proofed the walls, re-worked our guttering, and buried it all back. This was all done without permanently removing our porch, deck, or HVAC. On the inside, they cut a trench in the concrete basement slab and installed a six inch drain line from the center of the house to the exterior. Once opened, hundreds of gallons of water gushed out for several hours. Tiger C was very hard-working, friendly, and courteous. They were conscientious of our property and our needs. Further, they warranted their work, giving us the confidence to rebuild the interior. I could not give Tiger C a stronger recommendation.
