Each time I go there, there are new facility improvements (floating docks, water, restrooms, garden, decks, parking and grounds) with a positive customer experience at the heart of the improvements. A few months ago I had significant engine problems with my trawler. The entire MIM crew assisted us in receiving timely repairs and service. I can actually see the boats from our deck across the bay on the Tiverton side. The slips are great, the docks are in great shape and the amenities are fantastic too! They have a big in-ground swimming pool, laundry facility, nice big restrooms with showers, swing set for the kiddos, Weber grills at the entrance of each dock and a fantastic staff that is always about the property. Every year at the end of the season they cater a big BBQ bash in the South Yard as a thank you for all the members and their guests. Always a great time!!

I immediately left and will purchase $1200 fuel elsewhere. For 20 years I have heard nothing but horror stories about this place, the false promises, the shoddy workmanship, the owners nickname being Robber. etc. If this is how you treat your customers at the fuel dock, can you imagine what goes on in the background. He was up front and honest with me about the pros and cons of the boat, and made sure that I realized it was a true fishing boat. Skip and his team went out of their way to make my buying experience easy. From the survey and sea trial to the delivery he worked with me and my wife to ensure we were informed and answered any and all questions that you would expect from first time boat owners like us. The delivery was a chance for me to help pilot the boat from its home port to my mooring. Skip had his son go along with me to coach and guide me on the voyage.
