We were not interested in this particular home, but we did want to know the price. Chris Lavoie returned my call and was immediately helpful and, going forward, always responsive. Chris is a source of deep knowledge about the homes and neighborhoods in Portland, and he would meet us on a dime when a place was listed that we cared to see. We now happily live in Portland and are thoroughly pleased with Chris's match-making skills: he listened to us, helped us understand the Portland housing market, was patient throughout our significant learning curve, and was an all around pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend Domaine at Keller Williams, Chris, and the ever responsive Marji Swanson!

As a first time home-buyer, they walked me through every step of the process and helped ease any concern I had. Adrian and Sam are excellent communicators and driving from 2+ hours north for showings, they accommodated my schedule and were respectful of my time. They made themselves available for back to back weekends packed with tours and were determined to keep on going until I found the home that was right for me - they did not want me to settle one bit. In such a heated housing market, Sam & Adrian's positive attitude kept my spirits up through several rejected offers and they also had keen insight of the local market conditions and movements. Even better, when we finally found the perfect house, they helped me secure it at list price!! (Unheard of in 2022??) Adrian & Sam have a plethora of connections and were able to help me assemble an amazing team to close the transaction without issue, in under 30 days. I can't speak highly enough about the Ramsdell Team's work ethic and performance. If you're looking to buy or sell in Southern Maine, I'm confident Adrian & Sam will deliver for you. I can't imagine better agents to partner with and I look forward to working with the Ramsdell Team on my next purchase or sale. Look no further, Adrian & Sam are truly rock star agents!!!!!

Was asked them to check the oil and propane then make sure the water was flowing through the pipes beyond there scope. After 9 months listed they terminated the agreement. Real Estate 2000 came to the rescue Kathleen Worster and her husband. When they took over it cost us money for cleaning crew, new carpet, radon and treatment of the wells. We took a deduction of the sale from $425,999 sold for $375,000 Kathleen had multiple showings within the first two weeks and sold our property soon there after.
