I cannot express enough how pleased I am with the services I recieved from Northstar Mortgage; more specifically, Danielle Stumper. I first contacted her in January, in an attempt to get some information about their services and what they could offer. At this point, my family and I were not ready to officially apply for a mortgage pre-approval because we were still waiting for our credit scores to increase to an appropriate level. However, this did not deter Danielle from wanting to assist us. She advised me what to-do and not to-do in order to obtain maximum effectiveness on our credit as well as to ensure the best possible rate. She also recommended a credit specialist, if we were interested, as well as a realtor that specialized in the area we were looking to reside in. Fast-forward to April 17th, we finally were ready, and got the pre-approval for a home. Working with the amazing realtor (Katie Hall) that was recommended by Danielle, we found an amazing home for our family and put in an offer. Danielle worked endlessly and diligently to get paperwork sent to us, and to the underwriter, in an effort to expedite the process. Due to my family being in a peculiar time-crunch, this was of the utmost importance.
