But if you want the short version, I do not trust their front office. They are incapable of managing appointments correctly and information. Their computer system always has a tendency to go down. Also, they confirmed my SOCIAL SECURITY info by reading it to me WITHOUT asking me to confirming the last 4 digits. Medical offices need to ask the patient for the last four confirm. NOT read it out on the phone!!! Very unprofessional and very risky for identity theft!!! Anyways, I originally made an appointment to see Dr. Ring. Went through all the steps on the phone to provide background info, insurance, etc in order to get the appointment. Great! A few days later, I received a packet in the mail to fill out. Awesome! This should save me time the day of the appointment. The day after that, I get a call the front desk receptionist saying that my ORIGINAL appointment date is no longer available, however, I could come at a NEW date to see the other doctor. That's fine. The next day, I get a call AGAIN from the same front desk receptionist saying "something" had happened to their computer system and they needed to get all my info again. This was odd. But, ok. I spend another 30 minutes providing the SAME information again. Then she said that my appointment was for the ORIGINAL date. And, I said that she just called me yesterday to change my appointment to the NEW date. Oh, on top of that, she asked if I was on "Medicare." I had gone through all my information, so I'm not sure where she got that fact from. The week of my appointment, I get yet again ANOTHER call from the same front desk receptionist. This time, she needed to confirm my Social Security number, so she read it to me. No medical professional does that over the phone. On top of that, she asked if my appointment was to come in for a circumcision. Seriously, WTF. I don't know how that even got into their system. At this point, I said forget it. Cancel my appointment, you don't need my information (as the computer system seems to go down often and you read out my info freely on the phone instead of asking for confirmation) and if I do see the doctor, I may not even get the service that I needed. DO NOT GO HERE AND DO NOT PROVIDE PERSONAL INFORMATION.

From my first day to my last, Drs. Paul and Eric Carniol have been nothing short of consummate professionals. I first met with Dr. Paul a couple times who referred me to his son Dr. Eric who I think is more specialized in ENT plastic surgery. My issue was a random cyst had popped up in a sensitive area - above my left eye. The Drs. ordered me for an MRI and CT and then decided they could operate. I was under general anesthesia and didn't know a thing that happened. Their office is conveniently located attached to Overlook Hospital in Summit so surgeries can be scheduled there. I would 10/10 recommend Carniol Plastic Surgery. No one asked me to do this review. I literally had surgery yesterday, woke up today removed the bandage and it looked amazing!! So I just wanted to do my part in leaving a positive review so others , too, can find the best plastic surgeons NJ has to offer for all their plastic surgery needs! I was held down by their staff and given novocaine with out a numbing agents and they prohibited my mother from being with me. So to say I have trust issues with dentists is a gross understatement. A decade without dental treatment is not a good thing. And despite my shaking and tears, Dr. Chiu and her staff never made me feel stupid or dramatic. They took the time to tell me everything they had to do, even being honest when it was something uncomfortable. She perfected my smile in time for my wedding which I am extremely happy about.
