They also did fantastic work on a custom kitchenette, and custom French doors. Mike personally painted the ceilings and walls using a brush and roller, and his attention to detail and meticulous workmanship really showed. Mike and his team consistently showed up on schedule and were extremely neat, tidy, and organized. They cleaned up at the end of each day and treated our home with great care. We threw several curveballs at Mike along the way with design changes, but he worked closely with us every step of the way to make sure everything was built exactly the way we envisioned it. He is an excellent communicator and truly takes pride in his work. We are incredibly grateful to Mike and his team for turning our dream basement into reality. We couldn't be happier with the finished project and will definitely be using Eveland Construction for all of our future projects! Highly recommend Mike and his team!

This past summer, Cornerstone truly hit an incredible "homerun" when they completed their third…read moreproject for us by helping to design and complete an exceptionally elegant and awe-inspiring master bath; we continue to be amazed at its breathtaking beauty which showcases Cornerstone's skilled workmanship and attention to detail! Once again, as our initial contact, Aaron accurately assisted us with defining the project while Brian efficiently managed the logistics of supply orders and delivery. As the project's foreman, Marty's professionalism was phenomenal! As in our previous bath project, he once again expertly managed the on-site project details, helping us find the perfect tile shower accents--from the decorative bands to the practical niches--and ensuring a high-quality and timely finished product. Miles was also an amazing and talented asset as he joined Marty (even on Saturdays) in completing the bulk of tile work as well as installation of the various bathroom components in a timely manner. Eli was instrumental in skillfully completing various tasks, including staining the doors and caulking the shower. And, Scotty did a wonderful job with both staining the doors and managing the site cleanup. As we had observed in our previous interactions with Cornerstone, all of their employees are extremely knowledgeable, tremendously helpful, incredibly personable, and exceptionally gifted professionals. Thank you for another phenomenal job, Cornerstone; you are one of our favorite contractors!

Cornerstone impressed us by the fairness of their estimate and their overall professionalism. The work itself was exemplary, everything was done to our specifications. The work was done quickly without sacrificing quality and there was a high level of communication throughout the job. From making stunning custom shelves to house my record collection to running conduit to allow us to easily install an overhead projector Cornerstone completely nailed this job. We will use them in the future for any other contracting needs and I give Aaron and his crew my highest recommendation.

We used DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen earlier this year to put in a new bathroom in our basement plus…read moredo a minor remodel (countertop replacements) on all of our other bathrooms to match the new one. I have to say, we couldn't be more happy with both the end result as well as how DreamMaker approached the entire process from start to finish. The DreamMaker team were really friendly, professional, and responsive from day one until, well, weeks after they'd finished when we had some questions about care and maintenance. They were very transparent with their pricing up front and also provided a complete product list of everything they had installed. When they were working inside of our home, all of the workers that came to visit took immense care. They did a fantastic job in covering up all of our carpet they were walking on, covering up the floors and other surfaces in our bathrooms that they were working in. They kept everything really clean and we were impressed at the attention to detail (the DreamMaker team found minor imperfections that the wife and I missed to correct in the final walk through, far more critical of their own work than we were!). I only have one complaint. They did such a good job with the new bathroom in the basement, it makes our master bathroom look bad!!! (Good problem to have in the end) Pricing wise, we had gotten quotes from multiple vendors earlier on in this process. Considering how top notch of an overall project experience we had, I can pretty happily say that none of them came close to matching the value DreamMaker brought. We will certainly be looking to them in the future for any other projects! (Pictures are just of the new basement install, they also put that black countertop in our other bathrooms)
