Unprofessional and poor quality…read more Flooding damage occurred TWO TIMES (in the span of a week) to my unit when Reuter was working on the roof of the building and it rained. They brought in guys to fix the damage, and it took THREE TRIES because they kept doing it badly each time until I told them not to come back. A mess was left behind after every attempt at "fixing" what was wrong. They said they would cover the cost for drying out the drywall by another company after the water damage, but they are refusing to pay for it now. Terribly unprofessional, I would never recommend anyone go with these guys. See the attached image for the "quality" of work that Cory's company does. Cory's company has caused upwards of $4,000 in damages to my unit while working on the roof. To deal with the emergency flooding and to fix the low quality repairs that his guys did to my unit. Cory said that he would cover the cost of the emergency water damage removal, and after 16 months he still refuses to pay and now says he will not. Cory will never call you back when he says. At least 6 times Cory said "I will call you back by the end of the day", 0 times did he actually call me back.

I thought then that the price was amazing for the scope of work included. When I saw how beautiful the shop was, I was beyond impressed with their work. We just recently purchased a century home (our first) and closed on September 23rd. We knew before purchase from our inspector that there was knob and tube wiring in the attic. My boss said I should call in Ekipa and I'm so glad we did. They replaced all the old wiring and did the job so fast. They even did it while we were moving in from the 24th-26th. These guys are so nice. I don't know if I ever met nicer people. They are respectful of the space and didn't damage anything and always cleaned up after themselves when working. We have rabbits and the guys held them and gave them treats. Nik even bought veggies to give to them when he went on break. My Gumbo loves him. They now have adopted 'uncles.' There was some drywall that had to be replaced and the quote they gave for fixing that was much lower than expected. The price for all the electrical work was more than fair as well. I feel very safe and confident that all the electrical in the house is up to code. Our house was reno'ed and the flippers did not ground any of the outside outlets, but Ekipa fixed it all...fast, reliable and kind. They even helped my husband run cable for the internet since we both work predominantly from home, put a light switch at the entrance to the kitchen, and reinforced the stairs down to the basement that had a crack in it. I was thrilled they went beyond and installed a cute little chandelier I'd purchased for my bedroom. And they stayed on quote completely. I love the quality of the work and the amazing personalities of this pair. They even brought us coffees twice! I will have them back to do a deck and the mortar work that needs to be done around our stone foundation...and for any other projects or work in the future.
