      These guys are terrible. They promised to build a wall for our garden with two layers of stone that…read morethey would glue together. They said that they would either cut the stones to fit or just put them together in a pattern with cloth behind to catch the soil - they would do a couple of stones first and let us choose which look we liked. However, they didn't even bring the cloth and they didn't wait for us, so they built the wall without cutting the stone but without the cloth so soil can leak through. The wall was crooked and although they were supposed to sink it down 2 to 3 inches below the ground, they set it right on top of the ground along one side - it is totally wobbly and unstable. They brought the glue, but didn't want to use it - indeed they didn't even have the caulking gun to apply it with..they had to borrow it from us. They didn't clean up and at 4pm rushed to finish because they wanted to go to Toronto that night. When we complained, they yelled at us and told us it was our fault - this was what we wanted! So, not good at doing the job, totally unprofessional and have a complete lack of customer service. Use at your own peril!!!

He has failed to provide the services he promised. When asked for a refund I have been met with intimidations and name calling. I make this post to try and help others and hopefully prevent future headaches. Mike you have posted an apology on two pages they have been seen and heard however there are two sides to the story. I truly hope this post helps others and they will have better luck than me with snow removal and landscaping.
