Mr Stokes took charge of a problem that we had with a water damage claim that our insurance company tried everything they could to get out of paying for. His professional assessment of the situation, detailed write up and meeting with the engineering firm hired by our insurance company revealed the the water damage claim was within the scope of coverage. We were able to get the flooring and drywall damage replaced and painted and were only out our deductible as it should be. I feel that without the assistance of Mr Stokes we would have had to pay for all of the repairs out of pocket and continue to pay insurance premiums as we have for over 35 years and accepted no coverage as an acceptable answer.
