He was able to take the weight of dealing with the at-fault auto insurance company off my shoulders. He and his team were responsive to my questions throughout the process. Not only is he a brilliant attorney, he provided comfort and reassurance that my only job was to get well as he would handle the rest of the issues that came from the accident. I've used him for criminal representation for an over exaggerated citation facing five days in jail and thousands in fines. Within a single appearance he amended the charge to spearing. I would recommend him to family, friends or anyone that wants to hire an attorney that represents you and every cent you paid him is worth it.

It was our first time working with a tax accountant. We were given an estimate and then met with him. Steven took his time to understand our tax situation and had our taxes complete within about a month, even though our state return required some learning on his part. In the end, the cost was about $200 more than the estimate due to the learning curve, but he wrote off the extra costs, which we thought was very fair of him. When we met to review the returns, Steven presented us with three bound sets of returns and the originals of our documents. He went through each return with us and then gave us copies of everything that needed to be mailed along with specific instructions. When we compared the returns Steven completed with the estimates from H&R Block online, it was clear that he had earned his keep. We felt confident with his work and will definitely use him again.

We made an appointment to visit with Mr. Hammond and my dad signed a contract for a package service totaling $2500.00. I spoke with Mr. Hammond about a partial refund of the money my father had given him. Mr. Hammond declined to refund any of the money saying his hourly fee is $800.00 and he felt as though he earned the money. I'm not sure if Mr. Hammond had a legal obligation to refund the money, but his decision speaks poorly of his character, in my opinion.
