Joy the owner of stockwell engendering survey was contracted by me and I ask for quote after I got a $7300 quite I said I will do it but never signed any contract after funding better price by also $3000 I told the guy on Monday I would not need his service know this guy saying my Text is contract and wants $3600 for work which has not been been done and has not been ordered and signed . don't do any service this guy is low life crock and criminal who is trying to pull money out of nothing and tretanimy to go after my school in Sioux Falls And put a lean on it. read more
