Police are accusing 30-year-old Ashley Roth of Enon Valley for taking money from three separate people after agreeing to a contract to complete flooring work. Through the company Aey Plus Flooring, Roth would determine a total price for a project and then ask for a down payment. After receiving the down payments Roth would tell the victims someone would come start the work in a one or two weeks then cash the payments. It's alleged she took checks of $2,763, $2,184, and $1,961 without completing any work. She's facing several charges including theft by deception and theft by unlawful taking.

Upon entering, the different workers were given their assignments. At about 9:30 a.m., we asked that they keep things to a "low roar" as one child was in a live classroom for the next hour. There was much resistance to this request. The job was initially scheduled to take two days. Thankfully, they were able to finish in one. They were in our home until 6:30 - 7:00 p.m. (not complaining, they finished in one day). Initially, we thought things looked good. However, upon further inspection, the lower-level bathroom was not straight. We called Jeff and let him know the issue. He called the installer. The installer told him that there were "no straight walls" and he was unable to do anything about it. Nothing was said to us at any time about any issues while they were on site. We believe that if the flooring would have been oriented differently, the 'unevenness' would have been more hidden by both the vanity and the commode. The floor is currently off by about an inch at one side and a half inch on the other. It is crooked to the eye, also. After calling and making Jeff aware of the situation, we were made to feel as if the situation was our fault because of a crooked house. I was also told that they no longer possessed any material that was used in our house. This was after I watched crew members take two unopened boxes out to the van once they completed their day. To say the least, the customer service lacked. Again, three of the floors look fantastic. But after that kind of customer service experience, I would not, and cannot, recommend them. I hope that we are the only ones to experience this level of disappointment.

We hired Molyneaux to install manufactured hardwood on our first and second floor. They were…read moresupposed to have it installed while we were on our honeymoon. Instead, they barely finished our second floor and had none of our first floor done when we returned. On top of that, it took them an additional three days to finish the job. The final job included uneven floors, floors that creaked, and floors that were not evenly distributed. They clearly were in a hurry, with quality being a minor concern. They offered us $500 credit for a future job but their pricing for said future job was so outrageous it seemed a joke. Instead we went another direction. We used Empire for our addition 6 months later, and the quality difference is noticeable. The Empire floors are solid, even, and stable. The Molyneaux floors are uneven, inconsistently placed, and lacking quality for the price charged. Overall very disappointing.
