We started with the Oysters Rockefeller, which arrived piping hot. The oysters were large, flavorful, and perfectly prepared--a wonderful way to begin the evening. Our Caesar salads followed shortly thereafter. Crisp romaine, fresh ingredients, and a well-balanced dressing made for another excellent course. For our entrées, we both chose the steak and lobster tail. My wife paired hers with the grilled asparagus, while I opted for the loaded mashed potatoes. Every component of the meal was cooked exactly as ordered, seasoned beautifully, and absolutely delicious. To top off the evening, the staff surprised my wife with a complimentary slice of cake garnished with fresh strawberries and mixed berries to help celebrate her birthday.
