I just stopped into this place to ask about embroidery for my company. The guy was so rude I was taken aback. I brought an example of what I was looking for and the price he quoted me was an insult. Like I was some stupid person, really...I could NOT believe it. So, they're rude and want to rip you off. I still need to find an embroiderer, so if I find the right place I'll be sure to re-post. We have been using Stitches for years. They do excellent work at reasonable prices and always with a smile.

We've had large and small orders with Stiches for hats and Tshirts and gotten great service. They even let us take one of their sample hats to help us figure out what size the logo should be and if it should wrap around the hat. They've taken the time to work with our logo when it had to be reworked a bit (the words would have been too small) for the hat vs the tshirt. Prices are good and fair, they have volume discounts and will work with you if your budget is tight to find a product that suits your needs and your budget. My school had a great idea for new T-shirts -- AND a somewhat unrealistic deadline for getting them. The folks at Stitches said they could "get it done" and they did just that. They've been great to me for 10 years. Shirts, caps, no problem, but they also went the extra mile for me at times by helping me with short deadlines thus quick turnaround, by meeting little extra requests, and worked with me on a custom design to make sure it would print just right before printing the shirts. Originally I had contacted another similar business in our area who didn't seem interested in the job I needed to have done. I still wanted to go local rather than farm it out to some online printer so my wife and I stopped in to Stitches, as she had heard good things about them. We were greeted by the girl behind the counter in a friendly manner and when we described the job we wanted she went back and got their artist so that he could speak with us so as to make sure it was some thing they could do and we would be satisfied with. Dave came out an assured me that he could clean up my artwork in the manner that I wanted and over the next week he did exactly that, even with a couple of tweaks from my input. When we picked up our shirts they charged us even less than they estimated and Dave refused to accept any more. They are a very friendly, customer oriented, local, small business and I would gladly go back. read more
