As a last ditch effort to "save" a designer black silk dress, I took it into K cleaners. I had…read morestupidly washed the dress, which changed the feel and drape of the silk. There were also mysterious streaks on the dress. The dress was delivered in beautiful condition - streaks gone, and the silk feeling much softer and more like the original. The employee had not guaranteed the work, and was especially concerned about the streaks, which she thought could be a permanent change in colour. I may have been lucky, but I highly recommend this company.

Very poor professionalism and bedside manner. Do yourself a favour, do NOT use this place for your alteration needs!

I'm so completely happy with the job Colleen achieved. She was able to use all the old zippers and my chosen fabric which saved considerable funds. Colleens work is precise and beautifully finished. I then asked her to recover the old lounge chair covers and again was amazed at the quality of Her work. Instead of spending money on new covers, I saved money when Colleen re-did the covers of the old ones. Beautiful work and good value. I look forward to future projects that Colleen and I can collaborate on.

When I asked for my wedding dress back she misplaced it and when it was found it was bunched in a bag on the floor of her closet without a hanger. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
