She said she would get on it when she got in the office, she needed to make sure she had the shirts. She never called me. She never called me once. Instead, I kept calling her about the status because it was extremely important to me that my daughter have a jersey for her first game. She never told me she didn't have the shirts and that she didn't have anyone to get them until 2:45pm. So, I rushed to buy them and drive 45 minutes clear across town to take them to her. The only time she called me was right when I was walking in her door. She could not get them done. So, I settled for a logo embroidered shirt that she said she might be able to get done. I waited for over an hour in the area only for to say she couldn't get it done. I told her nevermind! That I could have gotten this done by noon anywhere else. She said I owed her $80 for the artwork that she said was done early in the day when I called at about 1pm checking on the status. So, I was almost home when I noticed Texas T-Shirts on Nacogdoches Rd. I explained to him about my daughter and he said go get me a shirt and I'll make her one. He could not open the files for the "artwork" that Mary Jance Beccerra charged me $80 for! He opened the high resolution logos I texted him and had them vectorized in front of me and designed the shirt in less than 5 minutes. He made me a shirt for free for my daughter that she could wear FREE OF CHARGE! The owner, Mary Jane Beccera, never ONCE called me! I called her throughout the day to check the status. She showed zero sense of urgency! She was non-empathetic! But, instead, insinuated that it was my fault because she could have gotten in done with her outscouce in the morning...(she does not do this type of shirt - information that would have been helpful at 8:30) and that it was somehow my fault. She DID NOT CALL ME ABOUT NOT HAVING SHIRTS! She was dishonet about the artwork being done early in the day; she blamed the artwork outsource at 4pm as not being able to get it done yet her outsource told her he could get it down in the morning? This just doesn't add up! The simple fact that the other shop used the SAME high resolution logo I sent to Mary and vectorized it within seconds and then had a complete mock up tells me that's what she did, AFTER I TOLD HER I WAS GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE.... JUST TO GET $80 OUT OF ME! There is an old saying that says "Pride Comes Before The Fall." Mary Jane Beccerra showed me nothing but pride and arrogance! She never once apologized for not getting this done and instead had placed blame on me! I asked for the $80 back as the 2 files she sent me could not be opened at the shop I went to until THE NEXT DAY and after he had done the artwork himself in less that five minutes! She refused and called it "SERVICES RENDERED"! What a joke! I do not recommend this EMBROIDERY SHOP to anyone! Nine companies reached out to me when put an SOS for a one hour emergency to have shirts made! NONE OF THEM CHARGE FOR ARTWORK! Mary Jane Beccerra mocked up the shirt AFTER I was already going somewhere else.... getting me to pay that $80 was super, super shady! In all fairness, she did an embroidery job for me 10 or 12 years ago that I was happy with.... That was 10 or 12 years ago..... the difference in customer service then and now is the difference between night and day; not the same AT ALL! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!!!

I explained the situation (for a ring I'm giving my fiancé in Paris, France on Christmas), begging they honor our confirmed appointment. The owner, Matt Henry, refused.
