Kind of messy work in the sense that looks Like a bunch of flyaways on the stitch. Was little cheaper then most places. I won't say bad customer service he's just not very talkative. We got six shirts done for our company logo and it took him couple hours so not to bad of wait. Now waiting there at the place to talk to him was a long time. It seems like he has hard time seeing cause he needs to get super close to things to see them but I don't know if maybe that's why he's work has fly always. All in all nice place if need quick work but if you want it to look 100% Professional you're better off paying little extra bucks read more

I love this place but they are never there or always running late! So call before u go. I do love his place when he is there. They make my idea come to reality. Prices are great and product is done right there. I live on the other side of town and drive because I know they will make my product great and a great price. I have brought so many things to be engraved and iron on. Even emailed them certain ideas for shirts and they get it done! read more

Absolutely sub-par service. First of all, the person who answered the phone has no experience with customer service nor does he know anything about the types of questions to ask. Their english was horrible and it was a struggle for them to understand me, better yet even know the terminology I was using (which I assume being a print shop they would know. I asked to speak with someone who could better communicate in english and got someone who was supposedly the Owner ('"Serd"?). He quoted me $2 more per t-shirt given the SAME exact information I told the first person. When I asked why he would quote me more, his answer was, "Oh, he's new" (referring to the first person I spoke to). I found it hard to believe that I was calling a place of business at all. Both individuals were not helpful, did not apologize for misquoting, nor did they try to earn my business. There were awkward moments of silence as if I am the one that's supposed to drive the conversation. Never will I even consider calling them again. Please beware! I called around a TON of places to get two handkerchiefs embroidered with a little saying and this was BY FAR the best deal!! The customer services was great, I got it back in the same day and it turned out exactly how I wanted it to. I would highly recommend this place for anything you need embroidered. read more

Owner of establishment was open but the kiosk was unmanned for 30 minutes. Called the number on yelp but no answer. Owner needs glasses or something as he gets so close to the screen kinda makes you iffy about his work. The business has business cards that have a redemption system after 8 visits you can receive 25% off. I tried to get it stamped and he stated I already gave you a good deal. I responded saying I know i just want a stamp. He said he doesn't do that anymore. On yelp he offers a 10% off offer but again said he doesn't know who operates the yelp page which is funny as he or at least someone named Ferdi, has replied to a past review. Finished product was not the color the logo was but I suppose that was my mistake for not telling him the logo is orange and not yellow but I thought it would match the logo. Needed to get some caps embroidered for 10 people for an unexpected last minute event. They stayed a little later to make sure I walked out with my order. And the caps were awesome. All my friends loved them. I'm hooked. Great job.... read more

First off, be aware this is a kiosk in the middle of the mall hallway. I dropped off a jacket to be embroidered here because my friend spoke highly of it. I wanted to have a 3 inch diameter circular shape embroidered in white on the back of my hoodie. The guy told me it would be a 2 day turn around time. I came back a week later when I finally had spare time to drive all the way to South Park mall to pick it up. Low and behold it had never been worked on. In fact there was white chalk marks all over my black hoodie and the word "white" written over the jacket. When I asked the guy why it never got done he said he didn't know. I asked if he could get it done and he said it wouldn't be done until the next day. He didn't even offer to give me a discount or do anything to remediate the situation. Very careless and poor customer service. I took my jacket instead to A&M monogramming in the North Star Mall and they got it done immediately. A&M is an actually establishment inside the North Star mall and has its own store. Go there not here! You'll save a lot of time and frustration. read more
