If you are a professional trucker, you'll find most of the supplies here you need to get back on the road, and there's a tire and limited service shop for the rest. Since it's Oregon, there are two things to know: First, this isn't one of the counties where they require store employees to pump your gas for you (i.e., it's normal like most of America). Second, people should ignore yelling about "misleading prices." Oregon has a unique tax system for diesel fuel that's not in any other state, so you need a special Oregon permit to get the $0.40 lower fee for diesel fuel. People who say otherwise don't know what they are talking about.
