It's one of the first gas stations we've come across that offers dedicated RV fuel pumps, conveniently located off to the side and separate from the truck lanes -- making it so much easier to get in and out. The layout is spacious, clean, and well organized, making it a perfect stop for RV travelers. Highly recommend for convenience and ease of use!

They also have the usual convenience store variety of expensive but necessary supplies you can't find anywhere else in Ontario 24 hours a day (e.g., drugs, bath products, auto supplies and additives, especially for diesel vehicles). If you are a professional trucker, you'll find most of the supplies here you need to get back on the road, and there's a tire and limited service shop for the rest. Since it's Oregon, there are two things to know: First, this isn't one of the counties where they require store employees to pump your gas for you (i.e., it's normal like most of America). Second, people should ignore yelling about "misleading prices." Oregon has a unique tax system for diesel fuel that's not in any other state, so you need a special Oregon permit to get the $0.40 lower fee for diesel fuel. People who say otherwise don't know what they are talking about.

Jackson's buyout of the regional chain (pilot/flying J) hasn't been that great for customer service, especially for some truckers. Also, crime has been a problem at this Truck Stop, and the Ontario PD has had to put one of those flashing blue camera towers in front of it every night. The food is average truck stop fare. The Arby's is decent, and the customer service is attentive and above average. The little Mexican restaurant hidden behind the Truck Stop is open crazy hours and I like a lot.

We were advised by a little cafe in Juntura that there was no gas around except Brian's Service Station which was 33 miles to get to. We had 36 miles to go in gas ... Perfect we thought. We rush to get there and arrived just barely after close. Completely out of gas we see a TV on and knowing the owner lives on site. The station has option for pay outside but no way to actually pay for gas. Out on a HWY where there are no gas stations why would you lock your gas and not allow people to stop for gas. This concept does not make any sense to me. We notice the TV on and can see that someone is there. In desperate mode we took the chance to knock knowing this is an inconvenience but no other option and hoping since it was barely after close, still awake and under the circumstance he would understand. Knock on convince store door a few times and nothing. His front door is around corner. Knock on his front door and all of a sudden you see the TV and lights go out. Why not answer the door. Obviously someone is in trouble, but no this guy cares so little about anyone but himself that he hides in his house and totally ignores someone that is broke down and only needs to get gas and be on there way. Someone willing to pay double or even triple to just get enough gas to get to next place that was open. He sees us with flashers on, flashlight in hand, waving down drivers driving by to try and help. 2 cars so nicely pulled over and 1 lived in Vale. Both cars were shocked that Brian's Service Station cared so little about people and don't provide gas out there after hours where he could make extra money. Thank you to the kind souls who care in Vale Oregon or Brian's Service Station would have seen us upon his weakening sleeping next to gas pumps. If he was so worried about someone knocking on his door then he should have called Sheriff then we would have had help because even Sheriff's care and help those in need. I recommend you boycott this place of business and not give your hard earned dollars to a business man that is not willing to help those in need. Also I feel Oregon really needs to look at their laws and have all gas stations provide after hour service for Gas. It's BS that Oregon requires to have your gas pumped for you or you don't get gas. Get real. We are not so lazy that we can't pump our own gas!!! Really Oregon put in after hour self service and don't leave people stranded!

Employee was super nice, explained to me it was cheaper to pay inside than at the pump and that there was a bucket with a brush that would help with mud. My car wasn't quite that dirty but nice to know! Wash was OK. No-touch kind. I guess I needed to use the brush but it got a few layers of dirt off so good enough.

I love their selection of drinks and snacks here. They really know how to match up with Emmett at this store. Jerky everywhere and donuts and coffee. The staff are really helpful and knowledgeable and they really listen to you when you ask them questions. I like that! The gas prices are usually on par for the whole city but they are the first gas station you will see before getting into Emmett. Come check them out!
