I have a year's warranty on the fence and the contracted told me if I had any problems give them a call within the year. A few months went by, and I noticed that the boards had shifted, and it was hard for me to open my gate. I gave them a call, and the call didn't go through. I tried several times with no luck. After about a month someone finally answered the phone, and he came out the next day. He said it wasn't a problem; he could fix it without a big deal. I waited and waited for them to show up without any luck, I am still waiting. Every time I talk to him, he gives me a run around; I get the idea he has no intention of repairing my fence. Celso and I worked through several details together and landed on all the specifics before moving forward. His policy of a 50% deposit is very honest and all managed electronically. Celso is honestly one of the nicest and most communicative contractors I have ever worked with.
