During the construction phase concerns were brought up regarding pad height not matching pre-existing driveway as requested. Since I pulled the permit, they refuse to go back and fix the building/pad as "I am the contractor". Malletts inspector offered to make an easy fix (build a ramp and cement pour time) if I paid him and his concrete crew $1500 on the side. Still waiting for doors to be installed to complete this project. Would not recommend this company. Most positive reviews are due to a discount Mallett offers at contract time. EDIT: Follow up, doors have been delayed due to their employees being picked up by ICE.
