I went to her office thinking I had all the necessary papers, and then discovered I was missing the title. While I searched for it in the glove box (spoiler: it wasn't in there), she went to my former state's DMV site and started filling out the request for a duplicate title "just in case." She printed it out for me and gave me excellent advice on what to do while I was waiting to get the duplicate titled mailed to me. Her excellent service continued when I was finally able to return with all the needed documents in hand, plus the cash payment. For all PennDOT transactions, it's cash only. She even lent me a screwdriver to put my PA plate on the car immediately. As Notary Now Plus is a one-person operation, you may need to wait.
