Overall the atmosphere of the whole clinic/center is relaxed and laid back. There's a television in the waiting room and everything feels clean and up to date. I did not receive any physician care here but I did take advantage of the walk-in lab to get blood drawn. And when I say "drawn blood" I mean TWELVE vials (my new doc is apparently extremely thorough). The woman working at the lab was awesome. She was a little snarky but in a completely accessible warm, joking way. She was meticulous with checking and double-checking all the labs that were ordered. I warned her about my veins being crap (at most places, they stab into my arm and then "dig around" continually moving the needle under my skin and stabbing every which way until they finally get a vein - I don't mind needles or pain but it's sickening). This lady, on the other hand, felt both my veins and was careful to choose a small needle. She stuck me once, precisely, right into my vein, and got a good draw. THANK YOU, LORD. Next time I need vampirical services, I won't hesitate to return.

I've had 3 traumatic events in my lifetime and the most recent was from surgery at U of M Hospital, this surgery was in 2/2025. Knowing from previous traumatic experiences I was going down the dark hole of depression, so I moved quickly to get back in therapy. I have been with my therapist since April 2025, and due to my depression I chose to do virtual appointments, but since I am better I will meet her in her office for the first time next week. I'm very excited. Getting therapy can be very positive if you have the right therapist for your situation. What I have learned is if you DO NOT have a connection with therapist, then you need to change until you feel you have found the right therapist. Good luck!

The director is focused on profits and maximizing the number of clients not the quality of care. This puts most of the providers in a position of taking on many clients and seeing them without focused thorough care due to their own anxiety. If you find someone here you like, stick with them until they leave because trust me they eventually will. Although you may have a relationship with your provider the director believes you are $$ that he is entitled to from marketing so you may have to insist on keeping your therapist when they leave. The leadership here is legal but not ethical. Be well and be persistent. Also note the culture is mono- they dont explicitly shun people but are covertly ableist, racists and sexist.

The therapists I initially wanted to see here were both already overbooked with patients so I took up someone I wasn't really interested in seeing but figured I'd give it a chance. They showed up late to every virtual meeting and tried to cut our sessions early every single time. Definitely not a good fit for me, but that doesn't mean they're a bad fit for everyone.

My fiancé has never had an issue with the staff besides his original therapist having an attitude about letting me sit into his sessions (he has difficulty explaining and elaborating). My therapist has been nothing shy of amazing and is a perfect match for me personally. She has helped me get what I need from other businesses that I have had the displeasure of working with. Billing is an issue with CNPS I will admit. I have state insurance as well as out of state and because my out of state insurance (which doesn't cover anything outside of ER visits) denied the bills I worked up quite the balance. When I spoke to one of the staff members on the 22nd of August this year she seemed frustrated that I wanted answers about billing. My only real complaint is the front desk staff, otherwise amazing services and I highly recommend for anyone looking for quality mental healthcare.
