There was no permit problem, and the claim had no basis in the actual condition or documentation of the property. Overall, I would not recommend this agent to anyone looking for a professional, transparent, and competent realtor. My advice is to choose someone who uses proper marketing, communicates clearly, and takes responsibility for their work.
