I've worked with Imagine That Photography several times in the past, but my most recent experience was absolutely awful. I hired them to photograph my home for a rental listing, and what should have been a straightforward process turned into a nightmare.
When I initially spoke with Gayle, who manages scheduling, I was clear that I didn't want drone photos included in the shoot. Despite this, drone shots were taken, which I did not request or want. Additionally, due to scheduling conflicts, I didn't meet Ryan personally--my mother granted him access to the property instead. However, when I reached out to address the issue of the unwanted drone photos, Ryan became overly upset and unprofessional.
He made the situation unnecessarily personal, speaking to me in a condescending and aggressive manner during our phone call. It got so bad that I had to hang up and reset myself. When I called back, hoping to resolve the issue, I was shocked to find that he was recording our call without informing me and had secretly brought his mother, Gayle, into the conversation without my consent.
Ryan then proceeded to mock me for attending a client dinner, called me a "drunkard," and cursed at me. I was trying to remain calm and resolve the situation, but his hostility and refusal to take accountability escalated the situation further. After cursing at me, he ultimately blocked me, leaving the issue unresolved.
As a repeat customer of Imagine That Photography, this was a deeply disappointing experience. I've always valued their work in the past, but this level of unprofessionalism and disrespect is unacceptable. While the quality of their photos may be good, the way I was treated as a client makes it impossible for me to recommend their services. read more
