We scheduled a consultation and prices what I wanted out into 2 sessions and went through the steps of what she would do. My first session was a cut and dye I had asked to try and match my natural color as close as possible and she did! It was almost identical! I then we scheduled the highlights. The layer was uneven and her reasoning was "this is how layer is". The hair in the back was choppy while the front bang has strands of long hair with it. She even sarcastically said that maybe next time I should count the number of hair before she cut the bang (my daughter wanted a very light bang). Talk about condescending attitude! I actually didn't mind it that badly since hair does grow. It is the attitude that upsets and frustrates me. So, look elsewhere if not, you will end up having a bad frustrating hair day where excuses are made to cover up a lousy skill.
