That attorney is only a shareholder. That attorney out right lied to me about a law to get me in there and after they received the retainer, they changed the narrative and went against what we advised them not to do. During the consult my attorney had someone filling in saying to keep costs down, and she also reaffirmed the law the defendant broke before the retainer was signed. They offer a free consultation but charged me after they gotten the retainer. We retained them for 3 weeks until I fired them, and they refuse to give back the retainer even after they misrepresented themselves.

New lawyer only wanted to settle instead of fighting for me. The new lawyer didn't want to go trial even though I had a clear cut case. This place only wants your money. November 23rd, 3 years ago, I was involved in an accidental shooting. I had attended a house party…read moreat which I had planned to spend the night. I was shot in the left buttock while I was sleeping! Talk about a rude awakening??!!! The bullet hit 3 organs, my rectum, vagina and bladder. I required 2 major surgeries, a catheter for first 3 weeks and a colostomy bag, I named Lola, for 8 months. It was over a year worth of physical recovery with some residual bladder issues and ongoing emotional recovery from the trauma of a life changing experience. At the time this happened, I met with a couple of lawyers and was feeling extremely bummed out about the whole situation and truthfully, I had very little faith in attorneys and that they actually gave a damn about me as a person and what I was going through.
