Once when she would not respond I talked to one of the other partners, Adam and he was not helpful. The service from this firm is terrible. Most recently I was trying to get Mallory to respond and she would not so I sent emails to others in the firm. She got mad about that and told me she would get to me when she could. 6 weeks later and no response. If they no longer wanted to represent me, they could have just said so.
