I heard about her through an NPR report on Wills & Estates, and a caller to the program, unsolicited, talked about how Ms. Kristianssen has saved his family a lot of money by understanding tax law implications when moving a trust / estate from Montana. She did not disappoint! She is kind, explains legal terms in a layperson-friendly way, and doesn't charge you for things you don't need (she could have charged us for updating the trust documents but told us those were fine as is.)
