They had a good response time, but Matt seemed bothered & annoyed by our questions. He was rude and condescending many times. Catlin was professional & nice to work with, yet neglected to notice on probation documents that the prosecutor listed a 2 year term when it was supposed to be 18 months. Had I not paid attention & noticed the discrepancy my family member would be doing an extra 6 months unnecessarily.
