I requested a complicated will from Ross Law Firm. Not only were they able to accommodate my…read morerequest, they knew exactly what I needed and were able to provide additional information that I needed to know for final preparations for my life. My loved ones will be able to easily understand what my wishes are and I know that what I want is executed exactly as I expected, thanks to the expertise of Robert, Patrick, Daniel, and Jamie. Their patience and understanding while I went through the entire process was second to none and pleasantly surprising to find in this day and age. I highly recommend these compassionate and professional attorneys for your estate needs. You will be very happy you chose them.

After doing a great deal of research of Yelp, Angie's list and many law firm affiliates, I found…read moreRoss Law Firm. It felt like a professional and comfortable fit for my family. My Mother wanted to adjust her trust and we worked closely with Patrick. The cost was approximately $4,000 which we thought reasonable. Payment plans are also offered, which is a terrific alternative if needed. We began the process just after the Covid pandemic. Patrick worked with Mom virtually. She preferred her documents be rushed and paid an additional fee. We met with the firm in the parking lot to sign the proper documents safely (masks, social distancing) and the complete packet was mailed overnight. The experience was thorough and positive. I will use this family owned law firm in the future.

I asked the court to appoint a GAL attorney for my kids. The kids mother was not coming home and…read moreout cheating with her new boyfriend. (If it were a guy doing this, of course it would be abandonment.) Mr. Scifo ended up being wishy washy and not a good attorney as far as a GAL responsibilities for my kids. He interviewed my kids once during the 3 years of my divorce, had an excuse for every concern I raised, and it seemed as my concerns were burdensome to him. He tried to blame my concerns on "coaching my child." Mr. Scifo is also a hypocrite as he decided not to have me as primary parent as time went on because I moved (which according state law I can move 25 miles) and used this as an excuse from his book, claiming the kids should stay in U-46. My son had a serious neurological issue. The Barrington School District (where I moved) was going to give my son necessary help he needed for a neurological issue he was diagnosed with.during the divorce case. U46 did nothing about the situation with the neurological disorder.. Yet his mom has moved since the divorce and put him in 2 new schools in 2 years. Mr. Scifo did not intervene when my son was having the serious neurological issue and my ex's attorney blocked my child from getting medical care. The attitude given by Mr. Scifo and Mr. Justin Hastings (ex's attorney) was that I was fabricating my son was having a neurological disorder. I finally told my divorce attorney after asking 3 times "I don't care what her attorney or GAL says about being in agreement, I'm going to get my son evaluated as the symptoms worsened. I asked 3 times over 6 months for an agreement from the ex and her scoundrel attorney, with no answer or intervening action from Mr. Scifo, My son did have a neurological disorder and the doctor did state if he had received medical attention sooner, the disease wouldn't have progressed and not had been as severe, and Early intervention would have made a difference.Mr. Scifo was warned that certain things would happen as far as neglect if he placed the boys with the mother as primary parent. Everything I told him would happen if the boys were placed with the neglectful mother as the primary parent is now happening. She has stopped taking them to counseling, older son has had 3 fights at school, has started swearing, talking in "gangster dialect." The boys hygiene now is poor, cavities from lack of brushing teeth at moms house, and my boys have been in 2 new schools since the divorce papers were signed. Way to go Tony! He quickly sized up my opposition accurately, which was so validating. My favorite thing about him was his demeanor. Funny, easy going, but also a strong, smart negotiator who knew how to get what I needed without making it acrimonious. I highly recommend him to help you through life's tough spots!
